 As I get older, I think I’ll have to speak up a lot about the balance between doing what you want and doing what’s best for everyone. Sometimes people make choices that seem fine for them, but they can hurt the environment or others around them. I think this will come up with my friends and family when we don’t agree on things like rules, fairness, or what's right. It’s not always easy to find the middle ground, but I think it’s important to try. I’ll probably keep having this debate because it really matters how we treat each other and the world.
