Prompt: Write about a time you felt connected to nature, like the kinship in Native American myths.

Prompt Response:  A time I felt connected with nature was when I went to my cabin in Blue Ridge, GA, for Thanksgiving. The reason I felt so connected was that the sites there were amazing, the mountains were pretty, and the weather was a little bit foggy.  I was with all of my family too, which made the days I was there even better, and I had a good time bonding with my cousins. It also helped that there was no service from where I was, which made me not go on my phone the entire trip I was there. I go there every other year and is always amazing. Summary: Today in class, we went over notes on Native American Literature and then went over our vocabulary terms that we have a quiz on in 2 weeks. Reflection: Something I learned from today was the characteristics of Origin Myths.
